When honey is left in it's original form, untouched and raw, the health benefits remain. Helpful for colds and seasonal allergies. Graeme's honey always has some of the most unique flavours and colours, as his products are what you call "single meadow origin" honey, meaning honey is harvested from each of his meadows around northern Ontario and kept separate.
