Made in small-batches in Toronto's (Ontario) east end by SOUL Chocolate. At SOUL Chocolate they use seeds to make their specialty chocolate and pay farmers well for these seeds, so that all of their hard work can be shared with us, the chocolate lovers.

Raspberry Rose 58% Dark Milk Chocolate - 100g
SOULuses Ontario grown and freeze dried raspberries, which are refined into the chocolate. The addition of rose oil balances the intensity from the raspberries and contributes a floral undertone that lingers on the tongue long after the chocolate has been enjoyed.
They sprinkle local, organic dried rose petals on the back for an added splash of colour and flavour.
TASTES LIKE When you first bite into this bar, raspberry makes its way to the forefront. As the chocolate melts, layers of rose mix with the raspberry to create a well balanced, mouth watering treat.
Who hasn’t had Nutella? For this bar they took it a step further and sourced the best locally grown hazelnuts. Who knew hazelnuts were even grown in Ontario? They come from The Nutty Neighbours in the Niagara region and are bursting with flavour.
They candy the hazelnuts before enrobing them in our Madagascar dark milk chocolate.
